• Hold policies: deposits for laundry sessions on this site are noted on your ticket; no-shows after written confirmation may forfeit the hold under Malaysia consumer rules that still apply.

the studio is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages disclosed before work starts on this site, nor for customer-supplied parts that fail inspection.

Photos and copy on this site stay with the studio. Personal project photos you send to enquiries@this site remain yours; we only use them to quote.
